Three meeting sessions will be dedicated to share and discuss with experts panel and delegates innovative ideas from participants. Your research, your work on medical or surgical retina relevant to present practice or future scenarios will be welcome.

PRESENTATION TYPES

• Oral presentations (slides or video) for medical and surgical session (3 mins + 2 mins discussion)
• Paper poster for posters session

 

Abstracts have to be summarized in 250 words and received for evaluation before December 20, 2016.

All submissions must be in English

During the submission procedure, please indicate your preference for oral (medical or surgical) or poster presentation. An abstract summary must also be provided for video presentations. Please upload only abstracts files (not video or slide presentations).

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept submission on the basis of originality, clinical relevance, and capacity to stimulate discussion. Abstracts will be reviewed and only 30 (15 for medical and 15 for surgical session) will be selected for oral presentation. Other accepted abstract may be selected for poster session.

Abstracts must include:
• Title of proposed paper or video
• Author’s name and institutional affiliation (or personal address), with full contact information

The presenting author of an accepted abstract is required to register and pay the registration fee to ensure the rights for the presentation.

PLEASE NOTE: During the abstract submission procedure only your data registration is requred, the payment of the registration fee will be requested only after the acceptance of your abstract as oral or poster presentation.

We would like to inform you that your Abstract will participate to the Best Poster, Best Medical and Surgical Presentations Award “Luigi Barca”. The winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony of the Congress and will receive a prize of € 1.500.
